3001 Bright thick old Thadobati singing bowl with high tone. High Octave A, 6 5/8" 1.4 Lbs

This older bowl has seen a lot of use in its life. What were once extensive markings are now well worn off and the rim is a nice mixture of handmade features and smooth wear. There is a 1/8” crack at the bottom that looks like it has been there since day one and has no effect on the sound. The initial tone is quite high for this size bowl, unusual to get a high octave tone in a bowl over six inches. Once the initial tone fades a rich fluttering undertone emerges. Mallet M207.
