S2 Two huge exceptional antique Jambati singing bowl with distinct complimentary tones

Two impressive looking heavy old Jambati bowls. These singing bowls, both of which are over 2500 grams (5.6 LBs), 5 ½ inches high and 11 5/8 inch diameter, are at the very top end for size in genuine antiques. Both have attractive large hammer marks, smooth worn interiors and a similar sharp outer pattern. Bowl number 1010 looks silver under the patina while 1018 looks gold. Both bowls make deep sonorous sounds when struck with the large Nepali mallet. Played together the tones fit together like a jig saw, they remain distinct but work together to create a resonant harmony. Both are very easy to play with ringing sticks requiring only one revolution around the rim to reach intensity. Both have distinct tones using leather and wood.
