Lingham bowls, were originally produced for ceremonial purposes. This bowl shows wear from ages of use. It is a somewhat silvery looking bowl with well worn markings. The bowl has a prominent inner facing rim and some copper bloom inside. This is the type of bowl where even the lightest tap brings out a full range of sounds. Strong warbling (woo-woo) from the beginning to the end. Item # 102
