1158 Deep Toned Antique Jambati Singing Bowl with visceral resonance

Large Jambati with an attractive mix of dark and light original patina. The interior color could be characterized as a dull roar or reflected light. The bowl has basic Jambati markings in an excellent state of preservation. The strike tone is deep and satisfying, the overtones compliment. It is a very responsive bowl, one where you can feel even the lightest tap rippling through. Excellent sustain. Really easy to play with leather, you can use that side of the stick to project either the primary tone or the strongest overtone. Recording 2 uses the very large N104 but the bowl is so nimble you can play it with a smaller stick like N103. With overtones at F3, C4, B4, G#5.
