1485 Antique Jambati Singing Bowl with long inscription and swirling sound

Long ago polished Jambati with a burnished gold color, The bowl has an inscription so long it could be telling a story. The combination of antique polishing and the inscription mean this was one special bowl. The deep primary tone is balanced by a softly fluttering overtone with higher pitches as well. Longevity is good. Plays smoothly with leather, teasing out the bass or pushing the overtone. No higher octave stick play despite the polishing. With overtones at F#4, F#5.
