8472 Antique Manipuri Singing Bowl with very deep oscillation

Thick Manipuri with odd copper tarnish. A moderately complex soundscape characterized by a deep strike tone oscillation and a very slow deep oscillating overtone. This is a bowl who’s pulses you can feel in your head. Sound then quiet the sound again. Very easy rim play with a simple wood stick, interestingly the oscillating overtone is evident when going around the bowl but not in the long sustain. With overtones at C6, F6, B6, F#7.
