Plain Manipuri with uneven color. Slowly oscillating low and high notes work with a steady overtone to produce a soothing soundscape. Longevity is good. Rim play is very good with the two lowest tones playable smoothly with leather and overtones with wood or wand With overtones at C#5, C6, G#6.
