2937 Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with complex start and pulsing finish
Thadobati with clear inner artwork and hammermarks accentuated by the patina. Complex soundscape with many well arranged tones. You hear lots of overtones but underneath them all is a pulsing woo-woo low that in the end outlasts them all. Really interesting listen, excellent internal harmony Very good sustain. Volume and longevity are fair with leather, better with wood and you can tease out the next highest overtone with a wand. With overtones at C6, B6, F#7, F#5.
