3151 Large Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with beautiful markings

Dark large triple circle pattern Thadobati. This old bowl is worn from centuries of use, the deep rim lines are entirely gone in the high spots. Nice harmonious tones. The low comes up easily with the leather side of a ringing stick. The bowl is powerful when played with the stick as you can hear on sound clip 2. The first sound clip has a soft mallet with multiple taps, a nice way to play this bowl as it does not have great staying power which keeps the price low for this much bowl..
