3568 Mid-size Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with penetrating overtone

Large Thadobati with rich dark patina outside and fiery pure copper flecks inside. The bowl is silky smooth to the touch. The subtle low strike tone is just the backdrop to the C#5 overtone that sings strongly and sweetly. Sustain is ok. Rim play is not well focused which appeals to some and not others. Mixes low with mid high with leather, highs with wood. Does best with the soft yew wand. With overtones at C#5, C6, C#6, G#6.
