3670 Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with mellow middle tones

Bright colored circle pattern large Thadobati. Worn from extensive use the bowl retains a clear god’s eye center (see photo). Mellow soundscape with solid bell like overtone and softly pulsing bass. A smooth rim makes this a really nice stick and wand bowl. With leather you can easily isolate the first two notes – with that primary overtone having a great sustain. The next overtone in the 6th octave is easily accessed by a variety of wands (end of recording 2). With overtones at E5, D#6, B6.
