1291 Antique Jambati Singing Bowl with deeply pulsing primary tone

Jambati with exterior relief artwork and two word inscription. The bowl has a broad rim with lines and wide inner circles. Inside the hammermarks are clear while the touch is smooth from years of cleaning. A powerful bowl where the soundscape characterized by a strong bass tone that can pulse or go solid. The overtones add sonic depth from the background. A harder mallet will bring overtones to the front. Sustain is very good. Played with the largest leather stick that bass tone plays purely and pulses softly. With overtones at B4, A#5, G6.
