1505 Large Antique Jambati Singing Bowl with 82 Hz bass under a singing high #1505
1. Best XL 1 Extra Large Very Low Mallet single tap. |
2. Rim Play: N103 Large Ringing Stick leather low then overtone followed by FP Massive Zebrawood Wand |
Simple thin Jambati, worn smooth with rich patina. Super deep solid bass under a singing high. Over time the bass becomes more prominent and active. Fine sustain and harmony. Great rim play. It takes a subtle touch to play the bass purely. It is easy to spin the overtones – both with leather. The overtones play with power. With a massive wand about the same higher tones can be spun out with some additional texture. With overtones at B3, A#4, A#5.
