Huge Jambati with classical exterior artwork in a fine state of preservation. The bowl has a finely worked rim broad to the inside with a tiny shelf outside. The bottom of the bowl is graced with two sets of broad circles. Deep pulsing bass, conveyed by intensity due to the sheer mass of the bowl – 8.6 Lbs. – The almost perfectly in tune A2 note is framed by very sweet next level up tone. Over time the bowl reverts to pure bass. Exceptional harmony. Equally as powerful off the rim, this bowl can be wound up to great intensity, then the sustain goes on and on. Pure bass or pure first overtone with leather. Simple wood also plays that overtone, the massive yew wand is easier to handle. This is one exceptional bowl. With overtones at E4, E5, A3, A4. Perfect A2 – 110 Hz.
