Thin Antique Jambati Singing Bowl with resonant gentle pulse #1645
1645 Thin Antique Jambati Singing Bowl with resonant gentle pulse #1645
1. Best L 2 Large Very Low Mallet single tap. |
2. Rim Play: N103 Large Ringing Stick leather low then overtone followed by FP Tulipwood Wand |
Well worn pocket Jambati, slender – a hair under 8 inches – with dark original patina. The artwork is faint as a whisper. Resonant gently pulsing soundscape where the lower tone drops out and the overtone smooths as it predominates late in the sustain. Fine harmony as well as longevity. Fine rim play, this bowl will put out the bass easily with leather. Same side of the stick sings out overtones clearly. Great rim longevity. Bonus higher tones after a rough take off with a Tulipwood wand. With overtones at G#4, G#5, D#6.
