1678 Adorned Antique Jambati Singing Bowl with resonant premium harmony #1678
1. Best L 2 Large Very Low Mallet single tap. |
2. Rim Play: N103 Large Ringing Stick leather low then overtone followed by FP Massive Yew Wand |
Thick Jambati like bowl with extensive aritstry inside an out. In addition to the etched lines the bowl has lines of delivberately placed hammermarks. Slowly pulsing bass is a constant presence under two fluttering, singing highs. Very resonant bowl, especially for a Jambati. Premium harmony and fine sustain. Lots of grip for leather stick play. The side of the bowl spins the bass, while the rim the overtone. The same grip quality makes the bowl unsuitable for wood play. With overtones at C#5, C6, G#6, D7.
