Large and heavy Jambati, an old bowl with copper sparkles / metallic crystallization scattered inside and out. Originally colored black outside, the finish has worn off and is replaced by a hazy mix including a subtle green. There is an old two line inscription. An impressive 5 pound bowl. Super deep and peaceful soundscape, only 82Hz with rare premium sound for that range. There is a pulsing overtone, still deep in itself but the bass is where the sustain is. Good evolving longevity. Rim play is good, that pure deep bass can come off the rim easily with visceral power. Add some pressure and the same leather side plays overtones. With overtones at A#3, A#4.
