Subtle rapidly fluttering bass underneath a more solid high. While the bass is active it is still peaceful, not changing in volume much. Great high tone rim play, wonderful bell like soundscape. With leather two overtones play clearly, with a massive wand overtones two and three spin out. Yes there is a subtle bass but it is not easy because the active rim is hard to tame.
