1729 Large Distinctive Antique Jambati Singing Bowl with spectacular art #1729

1. Best L 2 Large Very Low Mallet single tap.
2. Rim Play: N103 Large Ringing Stick leather followed by FP Massive Yew Wand

Jambati with spectacular artwork. The bowl has a deeply etched and formed rim, clear external artwork and creamy hammermark p[patina. Gorgeous bowl!. Very complex soundscape for this kind of bowl. You are initially greeted by a bell like clang then rapidly followed by the solid bass under highs. The sound keeps evolving throughout the sustain until it focuses on the bass. Really interesting to get that high energy start and finish with the peaceful bass. Longevity is good. Nice rim play, pure bass with leather, excellent volume. Overtones with massive wands. Note the two last parts of recording two, the difference between a soft yew and harder zebrawood wand. With overtones at C#5, C6, G#6, D7.
