Adorned Antique Jambati Lingam Singing Bowl with excellent harmony #1994

1. Best L 2 Large Very Low Mallet single tap.
2. Rim Play: N103 Large Ringing Stick leather followed by FP Massive Yew Wand

Large and thick Jambati Lingam bowl. This ancient ceremonial piece has rich dark patina the kind that lakes centuries to lay down. Beneath the patina is clear elaborate etching. Outside the bowl the etching is so deep as to create the impression of relief artwork. The lingam is a bit brighter and slightly worn. A broad inner facing rim tops off the look. Strong and very solid fundamental tone, first with a bit of overtone and then pure throughout a surprisingly long sustain. Excellent Premium harmony in a peaceful bowl. Fair to god rim play with leather, mostly bass that can go to good volume. Wood, even the softest yew wand is a bit scratchy, with just a bit of overtone to go with the bass. With overtones at F5, E6.
