Antique Manipuri Lingam Singing Bowl with peaceful uplifting sound #6725

1. Best L 6 Large Medium Mallet single tap.
2. Rim Play: N102 Medium Ringing Stick leather then wood followed by FP Tulipwood Wand

Thick larger Manipuri Lingam with bright original patina. The extensive artwork is visible despite significant use with more wear on the inside than the outside. The lingam rises out of the bottom of the bowl without any indentation underneath, the sign of a bowl crafted from the beginning to be a ceremonial lingam.

Gently pulsing low with solid high generate a peaceful and uplifting premium quality soundscape. Very good longevity.

Great rim play with a simple stick, then add a wand for the ultra highs. Leather spins a strong pure low and simple wood first overtone, The wand is also easy and smooth to volume for the overtone above that.. With overtones at A5, G#6, G#7.
