Beautifully adorned Manipuri lingam with two sets of banded punch circles and the classical extensive exterior design. The bowl has clear circles on the rim and bright consistent patina. he lingam rises out of the bottom of the bowl without any indentation underneath, just a few hammermarks. A beautiful example of this ceremonial style bowl.

Pulsing high and fluttering low in a balanced and short lived soundscape. The second part of recording 1 has the sound of multiple strikes.

Very simple rim play, first overtone with a simple stick. Fine price for a high frequency beautifully preserved ceremonial lingam bowl . With overtones at B5, A#6, F#7.
