Super thick Mani with extensive clear artwork and a very broad decorated rim. It has brassy patina with some darker areas. At 5 Lbs this is about as heavy Mani bowls get. The rim, as well is about as broad as ever seen in any singing bowl. Powerful sound that just jumps off this massive bowl. The oscillations bounce gently then flatten to a solid note as the sustain continues. High tone yet relaxing. Nice play off the rim with any wood, really. Smoothest is massive yew..
