Thick Adorned Antique Manipuri Singing Bowl with gentle tones #80075

1. Best L 4 Large Low Mallet single tap.
2. Rim Play: N102 Medium Ringing Stick leather then wood followed by FP Tulipwood Wand

Thicker Manipuri with clear interior and rim circles an elaborately etched bowl. It has bright coloration with a few dark spots.

Active very evenly fluttering soundscape, quite gentle with a bass and overtone that both continue throughout the very good sustain. The very good harmony is supported by a subtle second overtone.

While the tap and spin method can produce the bass with leather where this bowl really shines is with wood. The first overtone plays strongly with simple wood and a tiny wand for the next high.. With overtones at F5, E6, C7, F#7.
