Antique Manipuri Singing Bowl with three harmonious tones
8359 Antique Manipuri Singing Bowl with three harmonious tones
1. Best S 7 Small Medium High Mallet single tap. |
2. Rim Play: FP Purplewood Wand |
Brassy colored Manipuri with sharp interior lines and external hammermarks. The deeper strike tone steps back so what you primarily hear are overtones. Nice bowl to listen to the changes over time. You can almost hear the overtones say woo-woo as they oscillate. The sharp edge on this bowl makes stick play difficult, listen to clip #2. With overtones at F#5, C6.
