Thick Antique Manipuri Singing Bowl with solid lasting overtone
8626 Thick Antique Manipuri Singing Bowl with solid lasting overtone
1. Best S 7 Small Medium High Mallet single tap. |
2 Medium Ringing Stick wood followed by FP Purplewood Wand |
Thick Manipuri worn smooth from use. High and brassy at the outset, the soundscape cools down to a single solid overtone. Nice transition from wild to mild. Sustain is good for that one last note. Plays well enough off the rim if you use a heavy stick or rough wand. The sustain is good but getting it going not so easy. With overtone at C6.
