Antique Manipuri Singing Bowl with middle C soundscape #8990

1. Best L 4 Large Low Mallet single tap.
2. Rim Play: N102 Medium Ringing Stick leather then wood followed by FP Kingwood Wand

Manipuri with well worn but still visible exterior etching and creamy patina. Insides elaborate etching including a circular set of dots inside a wide clear circle.

Bouncing low and slowly pulsing overtone in a middle C soundscape. Fair longevity and good harmony.

Good three tone rim play. The bass comes up eventually with leather, overtones play strongly with simple wood. Next overtone requires a tiny wand and you can even hear next level highs with that instrument.. With overtones at F5, E6, C7. Middle C – A432 Scale – 256 Hz.
