Tiny thick Manipuri with a wide outer facing rim. The bowl has many worn etched lines inside and out. Solid super high C5 primary tone with a strong woo woo oscillating 1500 Hz overtone. The pulse is strong but in the end you have that solid primary tone. Very resonant, with quite good longevity for such a small high bowl. The sustain is helped by the thickness. Easy rim play, overtones, only with wood. Basic wood gives an initial taste of the primary tone with the F#6 while a hard wand plays that note with great intensity. Good rim longevity. With overtones at F#6, F7, F#7, C#8.
