Antique Manipuri Singing Bowl with exceptional tonal interplay #9179

1. Best L 6 Large Medium Mallet single tap.
2. Rim Play: N102 Medium Ringing Stick leather then wood followed by FP Tulipwood Wand

Thick Manipuri worn smooth with consistent creamy patina. Great looking old bowl. The bowl has a slightly flared out rim.

Uplifting soundscape with a complex interplay of higher frequency notes – an exceptional oscillation pattern mix. Longevity is average.

Very good all around rim play. Easy to play the bass with leather due to the thick smooth rim. Overtone using simple wood also spins clearly while a tiny wand finds the next high. Rated exceptional for the textured uplifting soundscape.. With overtones at A#5, A#6.
