Antique Manipuri Singing Bowl with a woo-woo bass and high flutter
9417 Antique Manipuri Singing Bowl with a woo-woo bass and high flutter
Manipuri with worn punch circles inside and on the rim. Bright and brassy soundscape with a clear woo-woo and distinct upper register flutter. Very good harmony, excellent resonance and sustain. Rim play is very good. Unusual for such a high bowl the primary tone plays with leather. It really shines with wood first overtone with basic, second with a hard wand. With overtones at A#5, A6, F7.
