Exceptional Antique Manipuri Singing Bowl with museum level artwork #9692

9692 Exceptional Antique Manipuri Singing Bowl with museum level artwork #9692

1. Best L 6 Large Medium Mallet single tap.
2. Rim Play: N102 Medium Ringing Stick wood followed by FP Tulipwood Wand

Incredibly adorned extra thick old Manipuri. This is a rare example of the old artwork with a full set artwork on all surfaces. The color is bright and brassy with some green copper tarnish. This is a stunning museum level piece. Rapidly fluttering soundscape, nicely balanced with the primary and secondary notes continuing throughout the good sustain. The sharp rim on this well preserved bowl doesn’t make for great rim play, still you can get the overtone and next note up with simple wood and wand. Rated exceptional for the rare complete artwork. With overtones at F5, E6, C7.
