Extra Thick Antique Manipuri Singing Bowl with an uneven mix of notes #9957
9957 Extra Thick Antique Manipuri Singing Bowl with an uneven mix of notes #9957
1. Best L 6 Large Medium Mallet single tap. |
2. Rim Play: N102 Medium Ringing Stick leather then wood followed by FP Ebony Wand |
Bright Manipuri almost worn smooth. Uneven and somewhat disconcerting mix of notes, fine for making an initial awakening statement. The sustain is relatively short with just the smoother high note continuing to the end. Fine wood rim play, it is smooth enough to bring up volume with ease. Next high overtone can be spun out with the tiny ebony wand. With overtones at E5, D#6, B6, F7.
