To assemble a set like this start with 20,000 bowls. Cull out the best 1,000 or 5%. Ship the bowls to California. Take the bowls and lay them out by tone and by type. Then start playing them listening for relationships. Eventually assemble groups of bowls. Lay them out like strings of pearls, low to high, clusters close to the same frequency, meditative tone sequences. Make sure there are some extremely high end bowls anchoring the sound in places, be cognizant to include the full range of sub-styles for each bowl type. Then go off weigh, measure and label.
