Large Thick Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with symphonic impression

3573 Large Thick Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with symphonic impression

Very large extra thick open shaped Thadobati bowl with rich almost black patina. This rare style bowl shows wear from centuries of use. Symphonic starting impression lead by the solid middle C supported by a host of other notes. Excellent harmony. That middle C stays in, paired with a singing overtone throughout the quite good sustain. Powerful rim play. Over the course of a few spins with leather the bowl picks up energy and begins to radiate out the primary tone. In a very controlled way the intensity can be driven up however high you want it. A massive wand lets you know there really are some overtones including an exact 741 Hz Solfeggio frequency. A rare style ancient bowl full of character and intensity. With overtones at F#5, F6, C7, C5. With overtones at F#5, F6, C7, C5. Middle C – A440 Scale – 261 Hz. Solfeggio – SOL 741 Hz Overtone.
