Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with a 528 Hz overtone and pulsing bass
3886 Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with a 528 Hz overtone and pulsing bass
Bright large Thadobati with clear etching in an interior worn smooth from use. The bowl has rough hammermarks and a crazy quilt of irregular hash marks all around the circumference. Initially a solid sounding 528 Hz overtone is equally strong as the pulsing bass however rather quickly the bass weakens leaving the clear Solfeggio overtone which now softly oscillates. The tones are balanced in premium harmony. Sustain is very good. Off the rim this bowl wants to go right to the solfeggio overtone, leather or wood. A soft touch off the side will softly isolate the bass while firm pressure will sing out the 528 Hz overtone. Fine rim longevity. Higher partials with the ebony wand. With overtones at C5, B5, G6. Solfeggio – MI 528 Hz Overtone.
