Thick Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with a pure middle C and woo-woo
3926 Thick Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with a pure middle C and woo-woo
Very large thick Thadobati with wildly colored patina. The bowl has a good amount of etching, double tick marks outside and circles in the interior – but the art is often obscured by the metallic appearance. The wide rim has a deeply etched line in the middle. If you are looking for a pure middle C with a woo-woo this is a great option. The oscillation is clean and clear. It continues throughout the good sustain. This big bowl both puts out a lot of sound and sends energy into your hand. Nice intensity off the rim. It picks up volume well with leather, wood is a bit rougher. Very good rim sustain. With overtones at F#5, C#7. Middle C – A440 Scale – 261 Hz.
