XX Thick Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with penetrating 432 Hz tone

4048 XX Thick Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with penetrating 432 Hz tone

Large super thick Thadobati, fantastic example of the most ancient style of singing bowl. This incredibly heavy bowl has a golden color with bright red sparkles inside. The simple artwork is long gone, what remains are the deep lines in the broad rim. Sweet high tone soundscape where the fundamental starts off bouncing, then the overtone comes on strongly with penetrating power. That overtone seems to tame the natural 432 Hz A above middle C bass making it more steady as it fades to leave that solid 6th octave overtone. Excellent longevity and harmony. Rim play is leather only for the 432 bass. The same transition happens off the rim, as you spin it the sound is steady, let go and it pluses, then steadies as it decays. With overtones at D6, C7. Perfect A above Middle C (432 Hz Scale) – 432 Hz.
