It has hundreds of hand etched ticks and sashes around the outer rime along with a broadly inner facing rim. Someone valued this bowl to have polished it the way it has been. The polish is old and muted in place and a brilliant mirror in others. Incredibly powerful and balanced this huge bowl is full of different sounds to move your focus to. Rapidly pulsing bass and woo-woo overtone are the strongest, while others support the overall impression. Premium harmony and excellent sustain. Great rim play, smooth and quick to volume.
