Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with a powerful rapid middle tone #4270
4270 Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with a powerful rapid middle tone #4270
1. Best L 4 Large Low Mallet single tap. |
2. Rim Play: N103 Large Ringing Stick leather followed by FP Massive Zebrawood Wand then FP Ebony Wand |
Large heavy Thadobati mix with nice simple artwork and consistent creamy patina. Powerful super rapid middle tone sandwiched in between a subtle high and slow moving bass. Premium harmony, fairly good longevity. Rim play is about preponderance. The very sooth bowl takes a bit of spinning to bring to volume. It plays mostly bass with leather, mostly overtone with wood and definitely high notes with the ebony wand. With overtones at D#5, D6, A#6, E7.
