Adorned Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with bright and lively sound

4328 Adorned Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with bright and lively sound

Two color Thadobati black and brass. The artwork is extensive and sharp. Despite the obvious wear my guess is this is a 20th century bowl. Bright and lively soundscape with strong overtones being the strongest part. The fundamental middle C note has a slow soft pulse. Longevity is good, the overtone outlasts the fundamental. The quiet bass becomes front and center with the leather side of a ringing stick, wood sings out the overtone with excellent longevity. Not a wand bowl. With overtones at F#5, F#6. Solfeggio – SOL 741 Hz Overtone.
