4340 Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with rich well balanced tones #4340

1. Best L 4 Large Low Mallet single tap.
2. Rim Play: N103 Large Ringing Stick leather followed by FP Massive Yew Wand then Best S 9 Small Very High Mallet

Large worn Thadobati with punch circles and some remaining interior artwork. The bowl has smoky patina. Rich and well balanced soundscape, premium harmony matching a subtle solid bass and mildly pulsing woo-woo overtone. As the fine sustain continues the oscillations mellow out to a gentle finish. The rim likes to play bass with leather. Easy to isolate but no overtone. The massive wand sings the next high easily. Tiny wands are rough, not much upper level sound. With overtones at D5, C#6, A6, D#7.
