Large Thadobati, smooth to the touch from hand wear with the faintest interior etching. The bowl is bright in color with a heavy bottom and a thin rim. Brassy and metallic three tone bowl where all the notes are active and strong. Even late in the sustain the individual tones are clear. Very good sustain and a very stable bowl where much of the weight Is in the flat bottom. Excellent rim play, the smooth rim makes for easy and pure contact Clear powerful bass tone with leather, a simple overtone is also played with leather. A more textured metallic overtone set with a massive wand and an intense second high with a tiny wand. However played the sound leaps off the rim immediately. With overtones at D5, C#6, A6. Perfect A3 (432 Hz Scale) – 216 Hz.
