Large Adorned Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with a wide ranging mix #4677
4677 Large Adorned Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with a wide ranging mix #4677
1. Best L 4 Large Low Mallet single tap. |
2. Rim Play: N103 Large Ringing Stick leather followed by FP Massive Yew Wand |
Extra large Thadobati with rich hammermark patina and a good amount of etching. This is a big thick bowl. Wide ranging mix of active tones. This is a very complex bowl with excellent longevity which gives your mind time to flip from frequency to frequency. This is a high energy higher tone centric bowl where the deeper bass never fades away. Great rim play. Despite the complexity the bass plays purely and strongly with leather. The bright overtones are best sung out with the big yew wand. The tiny ebony spins out a penetrating next high. With overtones at B4, A#5, F#6, C7.
