Bright Thadobati/ Remuna shaped bowl with two texture exterior – smoky and brassy. The bowl is likely a modern one, it is obviously hand hammered like an old bowl, but other features like the smooth evenness of the lines, routing marks, lack of wear and consistent metal likely indicate newer construction. It was purchased and is being offered for the exquisite quality of the sound. Balanced and resonant with a clear two note soundscape. The main tone bounces gently while the overtone sings clearly. Premium sound and excellent longevity. Spectacular rim play, it spins great with leather wood or any wand – smooth and quick to volume. Exceptional all around sound.
