2365 Thick Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl that looks like molten putty
Extra thick Thadobati with bright and shiny finish. This unusual bowl looks like it was made out of putty and formed by hand. It is uniformly thick from top to bottom. The high points at the bottom of the bowl which are worn smooth attest to the bowl’s age. A wild initial soundscape settles very quickly into an evenly oscillating primary tone. It is a soundscape that gets you to take notice, then provides a single tone to focus on. A challenging stick bowl, both primary strike and overtone may be played. The only wand to use with the bowl is the hardest ebony..
