Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with an initial burst of sound
5368 Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with an initial burst of sound
Simple Thadobati with rough hammermarks and brassy patina. After an initial burst of sound this bowl quickly settles into its overtones with the C6 first pulsing then flattening out to a pure toner at the end. Nice effect. Harmony is premium. Stick play is fair. Volume is challenging but possible with leather. Wood comes off rough but has a nice sustain once you lift off the rim. With overtones at C6, C7.
