Thin Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with peaceful and smooth tones
5671 Thin Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with peaceful and smooth tones
Thin Thadobati with dark smoky patina and a bit of artwork evident underneath. Peaceful soundscape with solid and smooth tones. The bass at A3 is very low for such a small bowl. At 216 Hz it is exactly one octave below 432 Hz. Longevity is fair. Good leather rim play, pure bass and overtone. Bass is a bit weak, overtone sound stronger. Wood is a bit scratchy as you can hear with the wand straining for the high overtone at the end of recording 2. With overtones at D#5, G#5, D#6, A6. Perfect A3 (432 Hz Scale) – 216 Hz.
