Adorned Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with a rapidly fluttering high #7034
7034 Adorned Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with a rapidly fluttering high #7034
1. Best L 6 Large Medium Mallet single tap. |
2 Medium Ringing Stick wood followed by FP Tulipwood Wand |
Extra thick Thadobati with rich dark patina and extensive clear etching. This very old bowl is very heavy for its size. A strong super high overtone plays solidly above a rapidly fluttering extra high fundamental tone. The overtone increases in strength for a bit before taking the background. Very good longevity for the style. Nice harmony as well. The main tone plays well enough with wood, both a simple $7 stick or the tulipwood wand offer the same sound. With overtone at A#6.
