Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with a gently pulsing overtone

7389 Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with a gently pulsing overtone

1. Best S 5 Small Medium Mallet single tap.
2. Rim Play: N102 Medium Ringing Stick leather then wood followed by FP Kingwood Wand

Thadobati with a thick rim and the faintest of old etchings. The bowl has consistent creamy patina. Peaceful solid bass, by far the strongest note, along with a gently pulsing overtone. Very good sustain, all bass at the end. Fine rim play where the low can be isolated with leather and the overtone sings out with wood. It takes some effort to sing the next note up C7 with a tiny wand but great intensity is possible. With overtones at C#6, , .
