Antique Thadobati Singing Bowl with sweet well balanced sound #7528

1. Best L 6 Large Medium Mallet followed by L 2 single taps.
2. Rim Play: N102 Medium Ringing Stick leather then wood

Thick Thadobati with a wide rim and worn interior circles. This is an old style bowl evidenced by the metallic appearance with much worn artwork. Sweet sounding well balanced soundscape with a strong solid main tone. Longevity is fair. The bowl is responsive so the recording has it first with a high mallet then a lower one. Good rim play, all that is needed is a $7 ringing stick. Leather for low, wood for overtone. Wands play the same overtone as simple wood. With overtone at E6
